Who runs the Localisation Shop?

Are my credit card details safe?
The Localisation Shop uses a dedicated third-party credit card processor to handle payments. Credit card details are SSL encrypted using an 128 bit key which means your details are safely and securely transmitted.
What about receipts/proof of purchase?
Our credit card processor will send you a receipt.
The credit card system isn't accepting my card. What can I do?
Localisationshop.com uses a third-party company called 2Checkout to handle
credit card payments.
According to 2checkout:
"The most likely reason for a failed authorization is a mismatch between the
address, full name or the CVV code you provided, and the address, full name
or CVV code on record for the credit card billing. Confirm that you have
entered this information correctly, and try again."
The types of credit cards accepted by 2checkout are:
VISA
MasterCard
American Express
Discover/Novus
Diners Club
JCB
And also derivatives of the above cards.
